Your private Pilates hour. No one else's.
No class of twelve. No waiting for a turn. Just you, Patti, and her full attention on the way your body actually moves. This is what Pilates was meant to be.
Somewhere along the way, Pilates got watered down.
As big studios packed more bodies into every room, the method got simplified to fit the crowd — until, in Patti's view, a lot of what's sold as "Pilates" today barely resembles the real thing. We went the other direction. One person at a time, taught with intention, the way the work is supposed to feel.
Every session is private. You never share your hour, and the work is built around your body — not a room's average.
Patti watches how you move and adjusts in real time. Small corrections, made in the moment, are where the change actually happens.
We honor Joseph Pilates' original principles and teach the full apparatus — grounded in the classical method, without the dogma.
“When someone is truly watching how you move, everything changes. That attention is the work — the rest is just equipment.”
A quiet room, and the whole method at hand.
Walking in, the first thing you'll notice is what's missing: no mirrors lined with strangers, no music pushing a tempo, no rush. It's a calm, private space built for one person to do focused work.
The full apparatus is here — Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels — and Patti chooses what serves your body on any given day.
Four pieces. One system.
Each apparatus offers resistance and support in a different way. Used together across your sessions, they let Patti meet your body wherever it is — challenging where you're strong, supporting where you're not.
The centerpiece. A sliding carriage and adjustable springs build strength, length, and control through fluid, full-body movement — endlessly adaptable to your body.
Spring-loaded bars and straps anchored to a frame. Excellent for spinal articulation, mobility, and targeted work — precise, grounded, and deeply supportive.
Small, deceptively demanding. The Chair builds stability, balance, and honest strength — with nowhere to hide, it shows you exactly where you are.
Curved surfaces that open the chest and lengthen the spine. Ideal for extension, flexibility, and undoing the rounding that daily life quietly builds in.
How it goes, start to finish.
We talk first
Before you touch a single spring, we sit down. Patti wants to hear your history — past injuries, chronic pain, surgeries, what you're hoping for. Nothing is too small to mention.
She reads your body
A gentle assessment of how you stand, move, and hold tension. This is where nearly two decades of teaching shows — Patti sees patterns most people never notice in themselves.
We begin to move
You'll start working on the apparatus at a pace that's right for you — learning the foundational movements with hands-on guidance and constant, gentle correction. It should feel challenging, never overwhelming.
We plan the path forward
Before you leave, Patti maps out what a practice could look like for you — how often, what to focus on, and how recovery support can fit in. No pressure, just a clear next step.
The work is the movement. This helps it last.
Pilates is the heart of every session. To help your body recover and hold onto the gains, Patti brings in three Earth-inspired technologies — used only where they amplify the effect of your movement. None of them replaces the work; each one makes it go further.
Far Infrared
Deep warmth that penetrates soft tissue, heating from the inside out to increase circulation and ease inflammation. After a session it helps muscles release more fully — you feel it working long after you leave.
Red Light
Red and near-infrared wavelengths stimulate your cells' mitochondria, triggering the natural repair processes that reduce inflammation, support collagen, and ease chronic pain. Passive, evidence-backed, quiet.
PEMF
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy restores the natural charge in your cells. Research supports its use for bone density, pain management, and better sleep — working with your body's own electrical signals to aid recovery.
One session, movement first.
You'll always move first. The Pilates work — on the Reformer, Tower, Chair, or Barrels — is what changes your body. The recovery technology comes in around it: warmth to loosen tissue, light to speed repair, a gentle charge to settle inflammation.
Patti decides what serves you on any given day. Some sessions use all three; some use none. The point is never the gadgets — it's that you leave feeling better, and it lasts longer.
